Victoria Point is an exemplary scheme of 216 residences, meticulously designed and luxuriously appointed, within close proximity to Ashford International train station.
The Deal.
Monument Real Estate acquired the site on behalf of Elevate Property Group and Investin PLC from U+I back in 2017. U+I had obtained planning for 226 units and a 120-bed hotel. Elevate and Investin proceeded to build and sell the units both domestically and overseas via our introduction to Savills.
We also sold the Hotel element of the site to Rellish where we had the opportunity to co invest with them as part of the deal. Rellish improved the consent to 140 beds and brought in Hampton by Hilton on a franchise agreement.
